Sponsored by No Excuses Entertainment and iBAKE TV, this is the finale of a worldwide competition.
“Staff at both iBAKE TV and M2j Media Group have worked hard over the last six months to get down to this finale,” said Thurlow Weed, president and CEO of No Excuses Entertainment.
After collecting entries from all around the world, an online voting was held that brought the contest down to the five five entries. Those five will be competing live, Iron Chef style, this weekend at The Oriental Theater, 4335 W. 44th Ave., Denver, CO 80212.
“Colorado’s recent passage of Amendment 64 has allowed No Excuses Entertainment and iBAKE TV to open the contest up to everyone around the world 21 years of age and up, making the contest worldwide,” Weed said. “For that reason we believe that this event will be as much education and entertainment.”
“Seven hours, five cannabis chefs (from across the USA), three stoves/ovens (sponsored by Aaron’s Renal), four performers and lots of food!” Weed said.
