Torone J. Williams, 35, pleaded no contest to possession of marijuana and possession with intent to deliver for the package received on May 16, 2012, reports the Lincoln Journal Star.
Lancaster County District Judge Robert Otte sentenced Williams to between 30 months and 52 months in prison.
A U.S. postal inspector became suspicious about a package that had been mailed to Williams from San Bernardino, California. The inspector asked for and got a search warrant, discovering 4.47 pounds of marijuana inside the package.
Williams signed for the package one day later and was arrested.
When the cops searched his home, they found another 14 ounces of weed in the garage.
