The rebirth of cannabis in the United States has started. Marijuana is again on its way to becoming an unprecedented historic American success story!
We know something that prohibitionists don’t… January 1, 2014 will be recorded historically as the start of the cannabis renaissance in the U.S., an event that will be seen as a rebirth and healing of our nation.
Cannabis again will soon be growing everywhere in the U.S., after 75 years of immoral stupidity. Imagine the ignorance of prohibitionists, trying to outlaw the growing of the most useful plant known to humans since the dawn of civilization so profits could be made supplying inferior substitutes. But beware: present-day prohibitionists who stand to lose profits are likely to try to shut down this new freedom and profit on both ends, keeping marijuana illegal and profiting on the emerging cannabis industries.
I think the common people of America are going to call the play in on this one. We are ones who will tell the government what we want to happen regarding the fall of marijuana prohibition. This is the beginning of the end.
The scientifically disproven rationales of the failed 1937 social experiment conducted on the citizens of this country called cannabis prohibition is being crushed by direct vote of the American people in Colorado and Washington, and, quite frankly, everywhere else it appears on a ballot.
“Marijuana is an unprecedented success, support for marijuana legalization surged 10 percentage points in past year, and a clear and growing majority of Americans (58 percent) now say the drug should be legalized.” – Gallup, 2013 http://www.gallup.com/poll/165539/first-time-americans-favor-legalizing-marijuana.aspx
The only question to answer now is how fast the cannabis enlightenment will spread across the nation, and the world. History is happening before our very eyes. Make no mistake; the world will be a much better place when we are no longer an alcohol, tobacco and pharmaceutical-based society. How soon do you think before it goes viral, coast to coast? One year? Three years? Five years? Opinions welcome.
Beyond medical and recreational clinics, the doors are also now wide open for the coming multitude of cannabis industries in medicine, food, oils and fuel, building supplies, and hundreds more. Beyond medicine, this cannabis renaissance will also financially heal our nation with many earth-friendly jobs.
Our nation is awakening from the failed social experiment of marijuana prohibition. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mkxwiVe2lG4 We have passed the Rubicon, the point of no return. There is no going back on this; we are witnessing in real time the actual events that 20 years from now you will see on the History Channel, shake your head in disbelief and ask, “What was wrong with those politicos and those who thought they could get away with these human rights violations as they profited from the human misery they created?”
Prohibition is a zombie law that needs to be put down. The repressive politics of 1937 are still ruining lives today, but that is about to change in short order. The marijuana prohibitionist profiteers as a cohort are in a dead spiral, circling the drain and rapidly going politically extinct.
Let’s keep it real: cannabis prohibition is a racially inspired social experiment designed to control the “ecological landscape” of that time, what was seen as a need to control the deprived impulses of the masses, in addition to controlling medicine, industry, people of color and freedom of human consciousness. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZJMeTR227h8
Currently the U.S. has more people in prison than Stalin did at the height of his power and gulags, and it all started with this man, who spearheaded the present immoral marijuana prohibition under which we still suffer, and who did not try to hide his racism.
“I wish I could show you what a small marihuana cigarette can do to one of our degenerate Spanish-speaking residents. That’s why our problem is so great; the greatest percentage of our population is composed of Spanish-speaking persons, most of who are low mentally, because of social and racial conditions.”

From Then to Now
“Police made 853,838 arrests in 2010 for marijuana-related offenses, according to the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s annual Uniform Crime Reports. The arrest total is among the highest ever reported by the agency and is nearly identical to the total number of cannabis-related arrests reported in 2009.”
“According to the report, marijuana arrests now comprise more than one-half (52 percent) of all drug arrests in the United States. An estimated 46 percent of all drug arrests are for offenses related to marijuana possession.”
“Of those charged with marijuana law violations, 750,591 (88 percent) were arrested for marijuana offenses involving possession only. The remaining 103,247 individuals were charged with “sale/manufacture,” a category that includes virtually all cultivation offenses”
Marijuana arrests now comprise more than one-half (52 percent) of all drug arrests in the United States. An estimated 46 percent of all drug arrests are for … marijuana possession.
It is no longer a question of if marijuana will be legalized in the United States, but when and how. Marijuana will be legal in the US in our lifetime, and history will record the names of those who supported and profited from the repressive law that legalized medical discrimination against the American people, a crime against humanity.
And another thing we understand and respect that prohibitionists don’t…
CANNABIS IS THE ULTIMATE RENEWABLE RESOURCE
The evolution of human survival and the cannabis plant have been involved in a symbiotic relationship for the last 10,000 years. Since the dawn of civilization humans and this plant have always been on the same winning side.
When we find something that works this well with a proven track record for over 1000 millennia we should learn to show a little respect.
Marijuana is so popular because it works. Presently nothing has changed. Today we need marijuana more than ever. The hemp/cannabis/marijuana plant in all its hybrid forms is a universally free, human-friendly asset here to serve humanity.
The five fingers of the helping hand are Food-Fuel-Shelter-Medicine-Spiritual sacrament; we respect this gift that the earth gives us for free.
This plant does not discriminate; all nations and people can equally grow it for next to free and extract its big five benefits, becoming a more self-sufficient planet along the way.
This one plant serves equally across all cultures and countries, giving us shelter, feeding us, medicating us, fueling and spiritualizing us, not only providing fuel but also sequestering carbon from the atmosphere that helps every human in the same way all for the price of a handful of seeds, water and the sun.
We understand the enormous utilitarian benefits provided by this one plant for all individuals, and its time-proven ability to help humans on this earth, our only home. http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2013/10/131031142738.htm
The Cannabis National Reparations Act
“The use of cannabis as a medicine exists as a “fundamental right” to such possession and use, a right guaranteed under the US Constitution. This fundamental right is either explicitly guaranteed by the Bill of Rights in the U.S. Constitution or is a right that have been recognized as basic to human existence, regardless of the existence of any government regulation or law.” Source
As an act of contrition, all future cannabis enterprises in our great country will be nationalized and profits directly spent for the general welfare of the public, covering medicine, free education and saving the planet from environmental destruction.
Immediate action would be to cut the DEA budget in half and transfer these funds to new school construction now.
And, most importantly, the release and expunging of criminal records of all nonviolent people ever arrested for a marijuana offense.
The Federal government acknowledges and understands the immorality of marijuana prohibition, and it asks for forgiveness of its citizens for 75 years of human rights violations.
It would appear some in power have been stopping scientific medical research for political reasons which have resulted in the direct cause of much needless human suffering, and many deaths… and that is a crime, people have died because of prohibition. Laws that kill people are immoral.
